Description
AGE: 10 -12
This workshop will run consecutive days for two weeks. Instruction includes how to throw a pot on the potters’ wheel, trim and then glaze. Week one will see students at the potter’s wheel and week two will be devoted to glazing the wheel thrown work. The last day of class will be decorating bowls for the Bowls of Hope event.
All materials and supplies are provided for class unless otherwise noted!
Please read carefully: Upon receipt of your registration form and payment in full, your child is registered. No confirmation will be sent to you other than a sales receipt. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If a class of your choice is cancelled (due to lack of enrollment), you will be notified and entitled to a full refund. If you do not receive a phone call, your child has been enrolled in the class of your choice.
Our classes are designed to foster creativity and imagination in a friendly, safe environment. They are structured to give children the confidence they need to develop and complete projects. Our teachers are professional art educators dedicated to helping children acquire skills they can use throughout their lives.
Children should wear appropriate clothing for art and craft activity. Special needs children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
